Project summary
The office building of SOLUX GmbH is a Zero Energy Building. The annual primary energy consumption of 15 kWh/m² is supplied by a small underground heat pump. A PV system of 34 kWp produces a net annual surplus in terms of primary energy consumption.

Best practice project
The integration of PV into a non-residential Passive House (Zero Ernergy Building) is quite novel. PV can thus convert the building from a sink of primary energy into a source of energy. This is a very good example of a sustainable office building.
