SummaryThe Woudhuis project was initiated by the municipailty of Apeldoorn. In 2008, the municipality wants 10% of its energy to be renewable energy. In 2020, it wants to be a zero-energy community. Next to solar PV panels, also solar collectors are applied in the new housing estate Woudhuis. 94 residences with solar pv systems have been built. Their combined maximum power is about 220 kWp. The project was executed in several parts. Partly because of this, the project took much time to finish. Nuon, Bouwfond and Shell are partners in the project. Novem, Gelderland and Apeldoorn gave subsidy. After the realization of the project, extended monitoring was executed by ECN and IVAM.
