SummaryThe Municipality of Vienna wanted to realize an ecological project exemplary in the context of social housing. This project was directly financed by the Municipality of Vienna, which is equal to a 100% financing from the building owner. Financial support is given by the feed-in law: For the electricity generated from the PV system and fed into the grid a feed in tariff in size of 11,0608 €cent/kWh is guaranteed during the first 10 years of operation. The total price of the PV system in size of 11.04 kWp, consisting of 96 modules, 6 inverters, cable, 96 safety glasses, mechanic and maintenance accounted for ATS 1,540,000, which is about 112,000 Euro including value added tax.
