SummaryThe philosophy of the new headquarters of the Sanitas company is based in the "GreenBuilding" (GB) concept: sustainable constructions that, amongst others, reduce by 60% the energy consumption. The cost of the building was only 7% higher than the cost of a traditional (non GB) building. The use of PV modules is, in fact, one of the pillars of this green architecture: they produce annually 2.24% of the overall energy consumption of the building and enable 8.2% of electricity savings. Moreover, CO2 emmissions are reduced more than 37 tons annually.
